"Explore what emerges in the present moment โ in connection."
For people who are tired of performing and hungry for something real.
Space is limited to 10 people per gathering, to protect the quality of presence.
You don't like to fake it, pretend, perform, or shrink in social situations.
Small talk drains you before it even starts.
You long for a place where truth and authenticity build connection โ instead of costing you connection.
You've maybe got a meditation or somatic practice already โ and now you're ready to bring that awareness into relationship, not just into stillness.
We gather in a small circle โ 6 to 10 people. I open with an invitation. From there, we drop into our present-moment experience: sensations, feelings, states โ and share from right there, not from the story in our heads.
๐ฑ First, you get deeply connected to yourself.
๐ค Then, gradually, you become aware of each other.
๐ Eventually, aware of the whole group โ expanding your capacity to be aware, together.
And if you notice yourself performing? That's not a failure โ just notice that you're performing. That's the practice.
Arrive, settle in, order a coffee if you like.
We start the flow with an open invitation โ we land in the room together.
The flow: presence, sharing, awareness expanding outward.
Tea, hangout, real conversation (the good kind). ๐ต No hard cutoff โ stay as long as feels good.
I grew up learning how to be competent โ how to get the grades, the job, the financial stability. Nobody taught me how to be aware of my own present-moment experience, how to own my projections in connection with others, how to be with activation, how to expand my window of tolerance.
I found meditation, and it helped โ but it was lonely. The skills I gained there felt different from relational awareness. I deeply wanted connection, and I wasn't skilled at it.
Relateful was a game changer for me. I feel so rich in connection now โ and I wanted to build a space to share that, especially for people who never got taught this stuff either. I wish someone had taught me this in school.
Mondays, from 6:40pm โ flow runs 7:00โ8:30pm, tea and hangout after

No. This isn't therapy or a support group โ it's a practice space. You're responsible for your own feelings and safety here.
No hierarchy of emotions. Joy isn't "better" than anger here. Whatever you feel, it's yours to own โ not anyone else's responsibility.
None. This is built for people who are completely new to this kind of practice.
You're never forced to share. You can always pass.
To protect the quality of presence and practice โ small enough that real awareness can actually happen.
Just show up comfortable. Nothing to bring.
No particular belief system required โ just a willingness to be present and honest.
You'll hear about upcoming flows, location updates, and the occasional musing on relational practice.
